NOVEMBER THEME: ENDURANCE

Prepare for an exciting fitness experience at Three20 Recovery! This November, we’re diving into the theme of Endurance at Three20 Recovery, where every workout will be designed to boost your perseverance.

Each week, you’ll explore new exercises and techniques that challenge your stamina, teaching you how endurance plays a key role in the recovery journey. Whether it’s powering through a tough workout or overcoming obstacles in life, this class is all about lasting resilience.

Join us for a month of growth, grit, and determination! You won’t want to miss this. 

Fitness is held every Thursday at 5:00 PM and currently caps at twelve members. RSVP is required to secure a spot. Registration is available until 12:00 PM the day of the program. If you don’t see an option to RSVP, please call 219-238-6840.
