Did you know that studies indicate that 75% of individuals experienced a reduction in substance use after engaging in physical activity? Moreover, those facing mental health challenges had a 20% to 30% lower risk of depression by participating in physical activities. 

OCTOBER THEME: BALANCE

Prepare for an exciting fitness experience at Three20 Recovery! We’re launching our program on Thursday, October 17th at 5:00 PM with an awesome theme—Balance! All through October, you’ll dive into engaging, dynamic movements that focus on improving balance, no matter your fitness level. Led by an experienced facilitator, this class will challenge and inspire you in the vibrant atmosphere of our Three20 Recovery gym. A brand-new theme kicks off on November 7th Don’t miss out!

Fitness is held every Thursday at 5:00 PM and currently caps at twelve members. RSVP is required to secure a spot. Registration is available until 12:00 PM the day of the program. If you don’t see an option to RSVP, please call 219-238-6840.
