DECEMBER THEME: STRENGTH
This month, we’re all about building strength—inside the gym and out! 🏋️♀️ Discover how physical and mental strength can empower your recovery journey and help you overcome challenges.
In the journey of recovery, strength goes beyond lifting weights or physical endurance. It’s about cultivating resilience, determination, and the ability to push through challenges, both in life and in the gym. Each week, you’ll explore new exercises and techniques that challenge your strength and how it plays a key role in the recovery journey.
Join us for a month of growth, grit, and determination! You won’t want to miss this.
Fitness is held every Thursday at 5:00 PM and currently caps at twelve participants. RSVP is required to secure a spot. Registration is available until 12:00 PM the day of the program. If you don’t see an option to RSVP, please call 219-238-6840.
