APRIL THEME: INDOOR CYCLING

This month, we’re taking fitness on the road—without leaving the gym! Join us for a virtual cycling adventure on the big screen. Then we’ll switch things up with a different ride in the gym for a dynamic, engaging workout.

  • Builds endurance, strengthens legs, and boosts heart health

Join us every Thursday at 5:00 PM for guided sessions, or drop in Monday through Thursday to move at your own pace.
