Prepare for a fitness experience at Three20 Recovery. Whether you’re new to working out or not, come sweat it out with us in the gym! Our programs encourage all fitness levels. Every week, get ready for a fresh workout plan to keep you pumped and motivated!
Fitness is held every Thursday at 5:00 PM and currently caps at 12 participants. RSVP is required to secure a spot. Registration is available until 12:00 PM the day of the program. If you don’t see an option to RSVP, please call 219-238-6840.
