Ready to Roll? Join Our June Fitness Series!

Get moving with purpose! Our June fitness theme at Three20 Recovery is Momentum, and it’s designed to help YOU gear up for our Annual Ride for Recovery Fundraiser this September. Whether you’re walking a 5K, running, or biking up to 12 miles, we’re building endurance, strength, and confidence—together.

Each Thursday in June, we’ll mix it up with Walk & Talks, outdoor bike rides, and light gym work—all at a pace that meets you exactly where you are. These sessions are beginner-friendly, recovery-focused, and all about having fun while getting fit.
