February is National Heart Month, and at Three20 Recovery, we’re highlighting the vital connection between heart health and long-term recovery. 

This month, we’ll explore how heart-healthy choices—like balanced nutrition and intentional fitness—can strengthen both your body and mind. It’s the perfect time to prioritize your health and take positive steps toward sustainable recovery. 💪❤️

Join us every Thursday at 5:00 PM for guided sessions, or drop in Monday through Thursday and move at your own pace.
