August Fitness: Momentum Month

Recovery. Recenter. Move Forward.

This month at Three20, we’re focusing on building momentum in recovery, in wellness, and in life.

Each Thursday at 5 PM, we’ll ease into movement with beginner-friendly activities like:

  • Walks around the neighborhood
  • Easy bike rides & stationary cycling
  • Low-impact machines in the gym
  • Gentle stretching to reset the body & mind

Whether you’re training for Ride for Recovery or just looking to get your energy back, this month is all about light movement, steady progress, and feeling good.
No experience needed, just show up and let’s move together.
