November Fitness: TRX Training

This month at Three20, we’re diving into TRX—a fun, bodyweight-based workout that uses suspension straps to strengthen different muscles and improve balance and flexibility.

No matter your fitness level, this class is for you! Our facilitator will guide you through every movement and help you feel confident along the way.

New to TRX? No problem! Join us Thursdays at 5PM or schedule a 1-on-1 session with a recovery coach to get personalized support.
