At Three20 Recovery, we believe healing happens in the mind and the body. Our fitness program offers a supportive, judgment-free space where individuals in recovery can build strength, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves through movement.

July 2 – Kickball at the park – “Kick’in it in the Park” at Chesterton Park

 Join us at Chesterton Park on July 2nd for “Kick’in it in the Park”! We’ll be playing kickball, getting active, and enjoying time outdoors together. Whether you’re playing or just coming out to connect, this is a great opportunity to have fun and be part of the community.

Activities like kickball promote teamwork, communication, and healthy physical activity—all of which are important in recovery. Getting outside and engaging with others helps reduce stress, build relationships, and create a sense of belonging.

Classes are designed for all ability levels and focus on low-impact, adaptable exercises that promote balance, endurance, flexibility, and overall wellness. Whether you’re just getting started or continuing your health journey, our recovery coaches provide encouragement, accountability, and community every step of the way.

Movement is more than exercise — it’s a tool for managing stress, improving mood, building confidence, and strengthening long-term recovery.

No experience required. Just come as you are.
