Start the year off right with a focus on stretching the body and renewing the mind at Three20 Recovery. This month, we’re combining physical flexibility with mental clarity to help you refresh and reset on your recovery journey.
Join us every Thursday at 5:00 PM for guided sessions, or drop in Monday through Thursday to stretch and move at your own pace. Let’s kick off the new year with renewal and growth!
