Three20 Strong is an 8-week fitness and recovery cohort designed to help participants rebuild strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Ten committed participants will move through this journey together, combining structured workouts, personal goals, and weekly accountability to strengthen both body and mind.

Commitment:

10 participants • 8 weeks • 1 shared goal — GROWTH

Swag: Each participant receives their Three20 Strong t-shirt & water bottle.

Weekly Group Sessions: Each week features a guided workout led by a Three20 Recovery Coach, blending movement, mindset, weekly check-in, and motivation.

Open Gym Workouts: Participants commit to at least one additional 1-on-1 workout per week with a recovery coach.

Progress Tracking: Every completed workout earns a check mark toward your personal goal card to show real, visible proof of progress.

Goal Setting: In week one, participants self-assess and set personal fitness or recovery goals. Examples: better endurance, less anxiety, improved sleep, weight changes, improved depression, etc.

After Party: The final week ends with our Three20 Strong Celebration—a time to reflect, eat healthy food, share progress, and celebrate our wins together.

Commitment

  • Duration: 8 Weeks
  • Attendance: Weekly group workouts + one 1-on-1 recovery coach workout per week
  • Start Date:  1/08/2026   Finish Date:   3/12/2026
